My H1B visa has been approved, got the visa as well,but my emplyr is not sending me to US and is not providing any clear information.others whose visas were approved also haven't been sent to the US.Their visa also got expired. I'm worried that I will face the same situation. I'm considering switching, but I have a contract for 2 years , and it's already been 1 year. Now, I would hv to pay 3L if I want to switch. I'm very confused about whether to switch or stay with current emplyr, pls suggest
