UBS If I had to move within the company to a different location , how does it work? For example if I move from low cost of living area to high cost of living area does the company re-evaluate the base salary within USA? Or do they come back and mention its your family requirement since your partner is located and you are moving ?Suggestions or experiences any !

We are hiring, even specifically in our DC office. DM me
Thanks PS1. I just sent you a DM with a role id that'd be a great fit.
1) can you clarify “immigration support”
2) open to relocation?
3) any full stack exp or restricted to front end development (how far down the stack is he effective from UI to Mid tier to data?)
Thanks for your response.
1) Has an approved I140 and would need H-1B transfer to new employer.
2) Yes, open to relocation anywhere in the US and currently based in Virginia
3) Front end UI experience primarily with some experience to integrating to mid tier. Not a full stack developer at the moment but can pick up back end technology quickly. He has an undergrad and grad degree in Computer engineering and all his experience has been for technical product companies.
Should be easy to get a role with those skills as long as he can interview well, shouldn’t have a problem
Thanks and yes interviews have been going great - he's had about ten phone screens in two days. The only companies that didn't move forward were smaller start ups that haven't dealt with work visas before and a couple mid size which don't want to deal with
immigration at the moment.
Hopefully, it all works out 🤞
