My job keeps me glued to my desk reading and typing, and strict productivity rules make movement breaks next to impossible. My doctor says I need to get active for my health and weight. Has anyone tried an under-desk treadmill or a pedal exerciser? Which one did you prefer? I'm mostly worried about whether it’s tough to walk and type at the same time.
