Try deep watering/soaking. Someone on here recommended that to me.
Lilies are extremely thirsty and once a week probably isn’t enough. The second they dropp, they’re wanting more water.
Updated: I was going to re-pot when I took her out of the soil she barely had any roots and was all root rot. I cut the tiny roots that existed and saved the parts that looked good and have been keeping her in water for the past three weeks. She’s still not growing roots and it looks like the root rot is inside the bulb. I’m thinking of cutting down the bulbs but don’t want to destroy her. She’s somehow still surviving
You could try some root hormone to encourage new growth.
