My LWD has passed and I've an offer from CTS & SAP Labs of the same fixed compensation. But SAP Labs is offering additional non cash benefits and more variable pay. Cognizant is ready to onboard me ASAP, but SAP labs gave the joining date much later exactly after 3 weeks.

Is it worth waiting for SAP Labs. Pls suggest.

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

3. Always talk to people of team you will be joining before you accept offer or atleast before you join company.
