What will the project dynamics be on a project staffed with 3mdps, a PL, and myself, a summer UG intern? Just got staffed and will be hearing more on Monday from the team, but it came across as an interesting staffing composition.
Have the feeling I'll be making quite a few slides as the only junior. Anyone staffed on a similar case composition?
Waiting for BCG R1 results…. 😕

I would recommend having a couple stories ready and pick whichever suits the question best. They won’t just ask you to tell them about a time you displayed leadership
Yeah, you don’t want to tell the same story to different interviewers in the same round bc it limits your depth as a candidate.
Coach
Yeah that sounds like a great story of steps you took to lead a team to success
Not every story needs to end in success. If you didn’t win this competition but learned valuable lessons about teamwork or were able to contribute something else, then it’s still a worthwhile story!
I would highly recommend prioritizing the conflict. Which was the most important and your leadership helped resolve it. Talk about what was the conflict the conversations and how you actually resolved it.
The risk with too many stories in one interview is you don’t focus on a singular portion enough and fail to highlight the most significant achievement.
Good luck!
