My mngr has put me in pip due to my performance, I have tried my best but turns out his expectations from me(5 yrs of exp) is that of 10 yrs of exp person. I am unable to handle the work pressure. He has assigned me a task which was earlier given to TL. the TL worked on it for almost a month but it couldn't be complete now he expects me to complete it within 10 days. How is this even possible, If i reach of to other team members for help which i rarely do, they are not able to help. what to do ?
