My organization is experiencing massive turnover, with three colleagues from my immediate team leaving. As their workload gets redistributed among us, it’s a bit frustrating since they were higher up in the hierarchy but we’re all still earning the same. I’m four months into my job and I got put onto a PIP. I worked so hard to break into IB, put up all the hours and even working 2am nights for weeks, learned a ton, and improved a lot along the way as the sole analyst yet this happens.
