Salary: I am sure if I am the right candidate you’ll make me a fair offer and that will be fine.
Things to avoid: Me Me Me ME!
When talking about what you want to do. Avoid talking about “wanting to win awards and get new work for MY BOOK.” Or “I want to improve my book.”
Try a more general approach of keeping things inclusive about how you want to contribute to the company. It would be a great opportunity to further grow as a creative improving all aspects of what I do from, work to client presentation skills.
Thank you so much! You’re a good one!!!
What do you hope to get out of the move? More opportunities? More autonomy on projects? Better work? I would start there.
Talk about the team a lot.
