My situation, i have joined wipro 9 months back in October , and they gave 1 lakh joining bonus to me . So if i resign without completion of 1 year , i have to make them return the joining bonus.
Publicis Sapient giving an offer of 16 LPA to me to join.
So, if i resign from wipro i have to give their 1 lakh bonus back.
wipro - 3 month notice period.
What should i do?
is there any way to handle that not giving joining bonus to wipro?

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected.
