My Spouse at big 4 as well. We somehow make it work with travel, and a 2 year old at home with no additional help. I'm beginning to see this impacting the career negatively. Anyone else in same boat?

Anyone have a full-time Big 4 offer (JD/LLM) with a signing bonus in Dallas or similar COL? My recruiter says it’s not negotiable but if I know of someone from a competitor with a higher bonus then she can see what she can do.
