Has anyone sold at IQVIA? What’s comp like?
Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

Not to discourage you but these roles are very few and far between in a good hiring environment, and this isn't that. I know people who are experienced and certified having problems finding junior/staff roles for months. On the other hand, the market continues to be scorching for architect-level resources; I get hit up every day. It's very strange.
In similar situation - my wife had Tablleau certification but was not able to find anything. Of course she had a loooong break
She finally found a job after 6 months of effort as Power BI developer at minimum wage ($7.25)

Have to agree with TA. It might have been easier last year, but there’s an overwhelming amount of folks in that exact same position all looking for entry level roles.
There just aren’t that many to be had and the market is more starved for mid and very senior level talent.
I would’ve normally pointed you to some of the consultancy’s that have programs designed to intro new people, but the current climate at all the big firms is…not great.
Keep at it, but understand it may take a significant amount of time. Use the time wisely by learning more, creating a living portfolio in a personal dev org and be persistent.

Not sure which part you’re referring to? I mean those roles do exist, but it’s very difficult, especially now, for someone with no experience to land these roles. You’ll have to find a junior admin role where they have someone more senior that they’re willing to train up.
Organizations just aren’t very apt to give the keys to the castle of their business critical CRM to anyone.
Get your certs, keep learning and you’ll find that opportunity, just understand it may take a good bit of time.
