My team is constantly asking about getting new AI tools to help with some of our processes, and I can't tell if this is laziness or proactiveness. As a manager, how would you see this? The recent post I saw about AI tools actually increasing workload is also concerning because I can't have my team slow down right now, trying to figure out how to be efficient with these new AI tools.

6.5 ctc + 1lakh first anniversary bonus.

If you do billable work on a given PTO/vacation day, do you still count that day as vacation? Or do you get that vacation day "back"? Or do you only get the part that you billed "back"? (Or some other option.)
