My assumption would be that they do not exist.
First of all an equal pay cut across all employees isn’t fair at all... But to answer your question, if bonuses were due to come out after the date of the cuts, they have likely been suspended

What are you kidding? You wont be getting a bonus. Maybe concentrate on being happy youre not laid off.
Not necessarily. Some bonuses may be based on 2019 and companies may have committed. I’m not due one as I started at the company too late but we got told that bonuses will still happen for this year. I wouldn’t completely disregard. (There won’t be any for 2020, i’m sure!)
I’d be very surprised. They’re usually discretionary for this exact reason- so they can be taken off the table if the company needs the money.
If they’re contractual, that might be a different story. But that’s rare in advertising.
