My tech stack is JAVA backend with Spring boot, 14.6 years experience. Currently I am serving notice period which started this month. My last working day December end (3 months). Started seriously preparing for interviews, java + dsa , system design etc.

Don't have a offer now, but will start searching from 20 th or this month end. how the market is. Just wanted to know how the market currently. Is this plan correct. Or do I need change, hoping I can get offer with in December.

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?

I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

Is it okay if I accept qualcomm offer for nw and reject it later if Nvidia hires me.
