Hi Fishes I have 2 offer 1 from epam anywhere and other is from deloitte, which is better to join ?. My past employer has deducted 28 days salary of 2 months, by citing mandatory Work From Office (Hybrid model) during notice period of 3 months. Severe lower back for reason for me resigning & WFH

Company unfairly allows some employees to WFH. Even contract employees WFH.
