12.2 LPA fixed + 1.5L joining bonus
10% variable
Additional benefits

My current company is trying to retain me at ~15 LPA and may start the revised salary from April. However, they are asking me to sign a 2-year bond (~15% CTC penalty if I leave early).

Background:
4 years of experience in DevOps

I’m confused about:
- Is it worth staying for 15 LPA with a bond?
- Or should I switch to Deloitte despite the slightly lower fixed pay?

What can be the expected salary range in general for 10YOE with frontend tech stack React JS in product based companies? CCTC 52LPA, (including 10% variable+stocks)

What type of job duties does one do in healthcare administration? Interested in healthcare but getting tired of consulting.

I’m approaching YE compensation discussions and was curious to see what folks/the industry are paying for institutional middle-market sales/distribution/business-development roles. I have 3yrs of experience with the same firm and am currently working as a sales analyst for the institutional sales team in NA. I joined pwc last month, and absolutely hating it here. Each weekend has been working, 12-15 hours work day is minimum expectation. And there's extreme hierarchy, where even after you spend 24 hours working on something, the director decides he wants something completely different and you delete and restart. (Note that you request them to review and give their pov earlier on, but they never take the time out)

How much is a good amount (% wise) to be putting into your pension pot? Would be good to hear at different salary brackets!

I am a first year who just started a couple of months ago and I am literally confused all the time. I did some small work for two partners and they loved it, so put me on new deals but the mid levels I am staffed with absolutely hate the work I do. One said the work I did was laughable. I felt bed because I spent over 25 hours on this. I wouldn’t be very bothered but the other Associates in my class are killing it. So I just feel dumb all the time.

Guys I got three offers. Not to show off. But I feel extremely guilty for the HR for dropping those two offers. Do you also guys feel the same or is it because I'm sensitive.
