Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. Point being does it matter for end client , if the contractor is coming as W2 or not ?

im not confident in the accuracy of my work. It looks like a top notch deliverable from the outside with formatting, context, etc. But once the client digs into the details, it’s game over for my anxiety. I've a question on what sections to put on a regular resume. I see some people are using consulting style resume for outside companies as well. Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

Are there any good PM certification that’s worthwhile? Not something that’s on Udemy for 2 hours of coursework.
Most “certifications” I’ve seen seem a bit superficial… but my current PM job feels like a glorified project manager role so I was hoping to use my extra time to study/earn a certificate to show my skill. If possible.

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

Hi, I had finished my technical and managerial round on May 25th and 26th with PWC. The manager did mention that there would be another in-person round in the PWC Bangalore office. Although the first 2 rounds went well, there has been no further response from HR. Is this a normal delay or should I think I didn't make it. Any thoughts?
