I got a call from HR and offer discussion was over couple of weeks back and still waiting for them to send me final mail to release offer. May I know if they take this much time to release offer, when I did a follow up call after 10 days they said they are waiting for some approval to release offer.

YOE: 7.5 years

It might be just a comfort zone that might be pulling me back or may be i think offer amount at this time is not so good

If you are satisfied with your current role and project definitely think of staying. As in the new company, you may have to wait for appraisal. Ask employees already working there about the promotion cycle and percentage hikes.If the reason is the toxicity of the team then definitely leave.
