I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). All the pros outweighed the mediocre pay, but now with inflation rising, my paycheck isn't going as far and I'm having a really hard time trying to figure out if I should start looking elsewhere or if I should ask my boss for a raise.

Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . With 11 yrs YOE and having skills in dimensional Modeling,data warehouse ,ETL and Reporting , what should be the salary expectation in market. I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role.
