Anyone at MBB looking to make a referral?
I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

Hi Fishes, I have an interview with PwC AC in the coming week. My tech stack is Power BI, SQL, SSRS,SSIS and Tableau. YEO -4 Current CTC is 9 LPA. During the initial call with the recruiter he asked for ny expected CTC and I asked for 17 LPA. Can anyone from PwC comment on this? Is this too much to ask or is this what someone at my current level would get paid at PwC. Please let me know!!!! PwC PwC India Pwc AC Deloitte Deloitte USI

Exl is chaos now a days.
It lost the charm that used to be there in earlier days.
Better work life balance in 90 pct teams.
2 days work from office and in that scenarios some teams got the relaxation also.
The only pro of joining EXL would be good work-life balance during the initial months. I had joined as a Senior Consultant too and the first few months were a breeze. Things will start picking up once they notice your work.
The 2-day policy is more on paper than in reality. I know people in my team who’ve been living away from the office ever since Covid happened.
Coming to the cons now - Once they pull you in your work-life balance will take a severe hit. You’ll be expected to manage one or more resources, take interviews, prepare for client visits and also deliver 8 hours of client work at the least. There are no monetary perks or employee friendly policies. Work culture is rotten due to middle management who cannot stop kissing up to senior management and clients. There is literally zero sense of being part of a team. All of us work like machines even when the team is in office (the company wouldn’t even sponsor a pizza for us to bond over) and get back to our personal lives. They usually hire external talent at salaries higher than existing employees and then keep them at zero or <5% annual hike for the first year or two. The Promotion policy as opaque as it can get with the VP single handedly calling the shots. The performance reporting and management system is just a formality.
