Need some advice.

I cleared 2 rounds of face-to-face interviews at Wells Fargo. After that, HR asked me to share documents, and later I received a HackerRank assessment with 2 coding questions and 5 MCQs.

I completed all the MCQs and solved 1 coding question successfully, but I couldn't fully complete the second coding problem.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is it okay to ask HR for a second chance or another opportunity to retake the coding round? Would appreciate any suggestions?

Out of curiosity and to test the market, I interviewed at a FAANG. Did not get the job, but found out TC was 350k, significantly higher than my TC 230k. I thought I was compensated fairly, but would love to see your thoughts.

.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months

Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter? I accepted an offer a week ago with a great company (Company A) that for this season in my life seems like a great fit and only strengthens what I have to offer company B down the road. Company B just sent me a request for interview and I want to keep the door open with Company B but they were just very late in extending an interview.

My current CTC is 20,
Nagarro offering 27 max and 3lakh joining bonus.
Tech stack and yoe: AWS + NodeJS and 6.4 yoe

Intiatially they told they are considering me for staff engineer role but after interview they are offering associate staff engineer. Is it worth to join?

I messed up my screenshare in a meeting with 2 colleagues and showed my personal email that had scheduling info for my onsite interviews with another company. I closed it but it was up long enough for them to see it. Now they both pretend like they saw nothing and I felt panic for some reason. This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.

I have an offer of 15 Lpa from Nagarro and expecting one from Capgemini around 18-19 maybe with joining bonus as the offer letter is not yet released. Really confused which one to join as Nagarro has a pros of work from anywhere while Capgemini will work on hybrid model. Can anyone please help me in giving some insights .
