I have 12 years of experience as a Full Stack .NET developer and received an offer from a service-based company for a RAG AI Bot Developer / AI Solution Architect role. It's a fully remote position.
My current company is product-based, stable, and well established. The new company is much smaller (around 30–50 employees).
Would you choose the stability of a product-based company or move to a smaller service-based company for hands-on AI experience and long-term career.
