Working as behalf of my team lead,and project on which I am working on that is taken on the experience of 10+years & my team lead wants me to finish the tasks before the deadline given and as soon as possible, I meant I'm not getting it how you can think 2 years experienced person supposed done the 10+ years experienced tasks as soons as possible?What's your thoughts?

What I'm a supposed to do?

Client is a company I’ve previously admired and wanted to work for. They really like me and outwardly express how much value I bring to the team. After working with them for X amount of time I have determined it would be a great fit and Would be ready to go back to industry by the time I am rolling off. Where do I go from there?

Is it hard to get into Salesforce? Big 4 consultant with 10 yoe, mostly in ERP/CRM implementation and program/project management, have Salesforce Admin cert but not much hands on experience due to mostly management exp, looking into Director TPM roles - should I apply? Or should I wait until I somehow gain more hands on SF experience?

How to handle working with someone who frustrates you immensely? I work with someone who is one level above me hierarchically and is an ultimate micromanager (not one agenda or recap can be without edits) and is rude about establishing that they have dominance. The more senior leaders on the team are awesome and so is the client. It’s this one coworker who just got promoted and is now stepping on me constantly. Thanks!

Does your agency have any revision requests you always turn away as a rule of thumb?
