Hit the gym and download hinge
Work out and treat yourself to some self care activities! Figure out what you like doing, what makes you happy, and look for ways to fulfill them without relying on significant other. Trying to find joy in your alone time is better than moving from one person to another
Stop on/off and just cut it off completely. Work out/get better mentally. Go out to the bar and have a couple of one night stands. That’s what I used to do and helped a ton. Once you hook up with a couple of girls, you’ll realize it’s not the ex gf you need but the things you used to do such as dinners, drinks, sex, etc.
If you’ve been on/off for a while then it wasn’t as serious as you thought. That’s not the type of person you want to marry. There’s much better out there OP. Go to the gym, sleep well, eat well, and do something that stimulates your mind. Enjoy your own hobbies and when you’ve had sufficient time to heal, then start dating again.
