McKinsey & Company Hey folks!
Was wondering what sort of life sciences projects does usually the Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey & Company take on?
Commercial, access and pricing, M&A, transformation, implementation? (all of them perhaps?)
Basically, what would someone with an LS background be mainly working on in these firms on a day-to-day basis?
Thanks!

Your welcome, glad I could help. I don't have a lot of time, since I'm still trying to clean up PwC's mess at the client.
Managed things, and stuff. Ya.

Could always consider the basics.... Clear communication, actively followed up in a timely fashion, gave specific and actionable feedback, built camaraderie among the team, helped to introduce and foster client relationships...... This is assuming you manager was at least worth half a sh*t. :-)
Then a specific item or two of those points - bam. Box checked for a manager that clearly didn't motivate you to capture something great in upward feedback!! 😜
How was their interaction with the client, and did they give you access to help broaden your network? Good mix of personal and professional, or all business? Did they create develop opportunities for you, or just put you on work that leverages known strengths? Looking back, how does your project experience compare to what you were promised at the outset?
Thanks C1 and S1 this helps
