Negotiation timing - before or after final exec call?
Got a verbal offer from a tech co (senior IC). Want to negotiate comp/leveling, but there’s a pending “final call” with C-suite that’s described as formality, not evaluation.
Should I:
(a) Negotiate now, before C-suite call
(b) Wait until after C-suite call but before written offer
(c) Doesn’t matter
Also - better to discuss with recruiter or hiring manager directly?
First time negotiating, no competing offers. Ex-MBB, target 10-15% comp bump

For any bumble users if you have an iPhone you’re paying more than your android friends for any of their services. Just wanted to share.Price difference is $80 for one of there plans and an extra 10 or 20 on the other plans. I’ve heard of iPhone users being charged more for hotels etc a few years back and recently this was mentioned in a museums went to.

So today was my first day on a stimulant (diagnosed as an adult), and everyone says its suppose to feel like *boom* magic, or normal (?) , I guess. Knowing that is figurative, what should I actually be expecting? I feel mostly the same, I think, though I came in and actually did started my work today. But I mean, somedays I do that...I just don't want to psyche myself out if I'm expecting too much. Or pscyhe myself in if I actually might not be experiencing what I should.

Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). Moving from a boutique (<30 employees, MBB competitor) to the strategy practice of a Big 4. Have only worked for boutiques in the past, so I’m expecting there to be some major differences in terms of working style.
