Nielsen needs to recognize the diff between DS, DE, DA, and SDE. The role alignment is off-track. The foundation for a GCC is truly compromised. It’s not only inefficient but also frustrating. This misalignment led me to imposter syndrome. Lately I realized that the issue wasn’t my skillset, but rather that I was being placed in a role that didn’t suit my expertise—40% SDE, 60% DE, and left no room for data science. The entire experience was truly disappointing.

Decided that I’m leaving audit today. Trying to understand the full range of opportunities in forensics. Will have my CPA and CFE.
