Nineleaps Python Developer Interview (3–4 YOE) — Need Insights

I recently got a call from Nineleaps, and my interview has been scheduled for their Python Developer role. I have around 3–4 years of experience and would really appreciate any insights from those who’ve been through the process.
• What are the interview rounds like?
• Is the focus more on coding, backend concepts, or system design?
• Any specific topics I should brush up on?

Got a new job and will start H-1B transfer. What’s the risk of giving my notice right before LCA is filed or right after? I know all lawyers advice to give notice once H-1B receipt is received but I need a break from my current role and want to have some free time before I start new role. I am fairly positive of the H-1B transfer at my new company as it’s a big tech firm

I don't know if this is a recent change but I’m seeing postings for junior copywriter/community manager roles. Have these roles always been attached or posted at a junior level? Is this merged role worth considering as someone young in the industry with more traditional intern and freelance copy experience.

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?

Has anyone who's worked in HR, Finance, or another role with visibility to compensation information been able to use that as leverage for salary negotiations?

To put it bluntly, I know certain people with less experience and a lower performance rating are getting paid more than me due to my role working with payroll data. I have a direct report who is smart, passionate about her job and can be really innovative.
