I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

Improved quality of candidates as more people return to school to advance themselves given the intractability of many employers right now and the return to in-office for many people. The opportunity cost is lower than it has been in previous years.

@D1 Check out their MBA employment reports compared to those of these higher ranked programs. I believe the majority of business programs detail the breakdown of each graduating MBA class by industries exited into, average starting salary, and most common employers.

@deloitte I took a class with a couple MBA students this spring and I wouldn’t say they had jobs like those from HSW after graduation. You will get a job but only a “handful” get the post MBA 200k jobs. Tbh most times post MBA opportunities depends on what you did before MBA. If you had a good track before MBA you will be fine after McCombs
HBS c/o 2023 and I have 4 years. I’m not one of them, but lots of deferrals from last year push it up.
