I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

What’s the worst US city and why is it NYC?
Hi fishies. I have a ton of interviews coming up soon including a case interview at EY within their Innovation and Experience Design practice for Digital Strategy Manager. I am super comfortable with CX, design thinking, etc which are the types of projects I would be working on BUT I am absolutely terrible in case interviews. I was hoping it would be based on CX or design but my understanding is there is some revenue component idk. Anyone have any insight? I would greatly greatly appreciate it!

Probably a little bit of both.
Fair enough
Did you talk to them about the type of work youd like to be shifted towards? If not, make sure you do. Most companies would rather accodomate you than risk you leaving and them having to replace you.
Yes I’ve definitely had those conversations with leads/leadership on my project and I do think that at the end of the day they want what’s best for me and what will improve my abilities and career. I completely welcome anything that would be even remotely seen as “leadership” - working with people, supporting group efforts, and positions of “leadership” are things I’ve cherished in past, obviously not full-time jobs - but I sometimes get nervous that if I’m not getting the strong BA skill base that I would imagine is so crucial to gain in the first year or two that my peers may be developing.
Part of the issue is that I do think there is value in some of the things I’m doing, but I would also like to take up more traditional BA tasks, but also there are other realms I want to dip my toes into. I’m a very indecisive person usually, but especially now being new I want to learn and have experience with anything and everything.
I would not say I’m concerned in the least bit and like I said I believe the people I work with want what’s best for me, but I just figured I would post and see what the opinions of the bowl are.
