Not so keen about working for any organisation anymore, the few interviews I attended where not worth it. Some organisations do not really know the importance of Business Management, I will rather start up something personal. What do you think? Though would have love to gain some experience.

Yeah it’s been a struggle for me too. So tough when companies don’t fully value your expertise in business management. Starting your own venture sounds exciting, though. While gaining experience can be valuable, there’s also a lot to learn from running your own thing. Have you thought about doing both, like freelancing or consulting while building your business?

like

Sounds like a good idea. I will try freelancing. Thanks buddy.

I'm probably leaving the practice of law in Q12023

I am the junior attorney at a small PI firm (5 lawyers). I love my job and my firm, the partners, and my colleagues.

I have another opportunity that is important to me, so I'm planning to step away.

I have maybe 10-15 lit cases that I'm "responsible" for. Some of them are tar babies that I know the partners and my colleagues would hate taking over, but I don't think I'm willing to wait for resolution on them either. Thoughts?
