They can do tests to determine if it’s a male infertility issue. And ICSI when freezing embryos if there are questions about sperm health. And donor sperm is a possibility. Do you feel comfortable talking to your husband about this? Or asking the doctor?
There is no his or hers problem, if youre trying to have a child together its an our problem
Because she seems to be blaming him for the fertility issue being his (sounding like they already got tested). Im not sure why we're arguing, but it's possible we have different interpretations and *gasp* opinions on the OPs situation
he tested and unfortunately it was determined that he won't be able to have kids... This has been going on for years now and we have done many tests already .. :(
This is devastating news for both of you. I can’t imagine how frustrating it has been. That being said, I would be even more devastated if my spouse turned on me because of that diagnosis. If we were in the same position, I would talk about sperm donors, not trading out my husband. I would also consider therapy to help process all of the feelings you both are having because of the diagnosis.
