Last year I bought ICiCI Prudential Wealth Protector plan with details -
Premium Plan Term - 7 yrs
Plan Term - 12 yrs
Annualized premium-144320 rs.
It's an ULIP plan.
Now, I don't want to pay next premium and hence I disabled Auto Debit option and I won't pay my next premium which will due by 23rd sept.
As per my knowledge, I will get my money back after 5 yrs which will be current fund value which abt 126k and 5-6k will be deducted from it as discountation charge.

What do you all think of fundrise and start engine Real estate Reit ? Any experience? Would you invest here if you didn’t have the time to actually buy and rent properties? Any insight is welcome.

I'm planning a wedding and wondering if I should apply for new credit cards to maximize on points. I just received an offer to lateral into banking. How does independence affect the stocks I currently own? If I join and my stocks are on a restricted list will I have to sell them? Or will I be limited to being unable to buy more/sell any during the course of my employment.

Two books you should read are “The New Trading for a Livinng” and “The Laws of Trading.” Both look at psychology, process, and risk in different ways that can help you work out your own process.
