Solid tips or strategies on cutting back on alcohol? My bf & I were moderate drinkers before the pandemic, but over the year I’m fairly confident we’ve become heavy drinkers (6-7days/wk). I’m stressed about it and have mentioned cutting back for a while, but he insists we’re fine. I find it rly difficult to go cold turkey or cut by myself when he’s still drinking as “normal” and we share our living space. We’re aware of all the health risks, but that alone hasn’t changed us. How do I be a decent manager to a coworker who's upset I've been promoted twice in two years and they haven't? We started out as coworkers, became decent friends after a few good moments, but went back to simply coworkers after they flubbed a few projects and I had to step in to clean up.
