Hi everyone, I am working on java since 2017. I have 1 YOE in Tata Consultancy in support and now I want to switch to a Java developer role. I have personally worked on Java, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot, Rest API and Hibernate. Made & deployed a few projects also, but don't have relevant/ company experience in Java. I also cleared Infosys interview 1 month back but my notice period is 3 months, so HR dropped my candidature in negotiations. Can anyone please suggest to me what I should do?
Anyone use google docs?

Uhm, I do 🤣 But mostly because it's my only "alone time" at work. I stepped up to tackle this task when no one else wanted to and I love the somewhat mindless quiet time.
Not sure what’s worse….inventory set up & ticket placement, the scanning & counting or the cleanup & reset of the stock room/sales-floor afterwards 🤦♀️
I actually like it. It's time when I'm getting paid but don't have to interact with customers, lol. Maybe that makes me sound a little bit bad but customers are sometimes the hardest part of the job for me.
The first time I did inventory, I thought Oh, this isn’t so bad. Little did I know it got so much worse. The first couple of hours are fine, after that it’s kind of painful. It might as well be a swear word around me because everyone is immediately offended when you say it.

I wouldn’t necessarily say I like inventory, but I like the fact that I get to go to work early and have the rest of my day on those days
I always loved inventory! Could use to have better people with the company they sent to do it but that was hit and miss. Some were fantastic and some did such a horrible job that we had to audit and almost completely redo their job. Life is what you make it and I like organization and am an overachiever so it suits me in ways
