I'm a recent grad who accepted an entry-level full-time job offer with Capital One. I knew that MBB and other consulting firms rarely ever negotiate salary with new grads, so I didn't with Capital One as well. Was that a mistake? We need to unionize and hold more leverage for pay. There’s no reason we should be managed by contractors and large scale companies. Not only is it unfair pay, but it’s bad for our communities. Can you imagine your local car ‘mechanic’ operating under the same structure..
