OLA Faked Employment

I was laid off from OLA on 10th Jan 2023 they said to put resignation or they will terminate me which will be negative for my career. Also they will be paying basic pay as aggressively pay. I put resignation mail submitted my laptop and id card and left ola.

After that I got a job offer then on 19th Jan 2023 I asked them for reliving letter to which HR responded for exit team to share documents but after 22 days they said notice is changed from 1 to 2 months by that time I joined other company also got a salary HR onboarded without a reliving letter as it was a startup I tried to explain HR but she did not understood I also had not much idea about PF that time

After that they did FNF with 11th March as LWD I did not understand that time they were running my PF with salary also and faking my employment I thought it as servence pay

After some time I understood this could be dual employment issue I reached out to them to change exit dates they also entered DOJ incorrectly but after alot of talks they want me to pay them last 2 months salary to change dates

Because of this I have lost my new job and at home now they are not cooperative it is more than a year I tried to resolve this issue.

Now I have taken this issue to labour commissioner they will summon OLA team and check this termination was ethical or not.

Anyone faced similar issue ??

Quick PSA: one of the perks of going in-house, is that you’re no longer at an ad agency and all that that entails.

Just started a new in-house tech fl gig and it’s giving me whiplash! Somehow this dept has brought every person/toxic behavior from their old agency just to a new environment. Nowhere is perfect but good god. I honestly think companies/HR could learn a lot about their depts from freelancers.

Have final round interviews at BCG tomorrow. I'm at S& right now at the SA level. Father had a sudden health issue come up this week and it's got me off my game. I'll ultimately need to support him financially for at least a year while he recovers. Not complaining, but has me considering just dropping out of the interview process. Is that crazy? Is the opportunity with BCG really so far beyond what I have already with S&? Is dropping a better look than interviewing and doing terribly?
