I received an email from the HR at Monitor Deloitte that I've cleared the case round and a back to back discussion with partner and director of the team will be scheduled. Been almost 3 days since this email, haven't received asking for availability from the scheduling team. This for a role with their Lifesciences Strategy practice in the UK. How long do they typically take to schedule the final round of discussions? Do they eliminate candidates in this round?
I asked TCS for a salary renegotiation, they agreed and they sent the new salary breakup, But they are not sending the revised offer letter, Whenever I ask them they are saying it's in the clearance process you'll receive shortly.
But my date of joining is on Monday, HR is telling me to join & they'll send the updated offer letter within 7 days of my joining, can we trust these words, Has anyone faced a similar situation?Tata Consultancy

Hello! I’m new to fishbowl and wanted to make my first post. I’m currently in the process of transitioning out of the Air Force and looking for a skillbridge opportunity in project management, preferably located in Tampa, Florida. A few companies I have on my list are Accenture, Raytheon Technologies Corporation and JPMorgan Chase What are everyone’s thoughts on those companies and how military friendly they really are?

How many years of exp does it take to be a manager at OW?
Sounds a little high on the base. I would expect 160, 170, 180, 190 base for M1-M4
3-5 years at the firm for homegrown talent joining out of college
@OW1. That’s a really fast promotion track
What practice is that for? I thought it went C then SC, then MD too. Never heard of a manger, at least for an actuary
The management consulting track has C, SC, Associate, Engagement Manager, Principal, and Partner, with 1-2 years at each of C-AS and 2-4 years at each of EM and PR. Not familiar with how actuarial works—it’s run almost like a separate firm
OW1, do bonus %s look accurate?
Assuming we’re talking management consulting, bonuses look plausible, though 20-30% is more realistic unless your performance is well above average
20%
