On a scale from 1 to 10, how well are you prioritizing your health during the work week? Here's a hint for me, this morning for breakfast I had two cups of coffee and a handful of leftover Valentine's Day candy.

7-8.... I have alerts set to remind me to eat my meals and snacks. I go to the gym 6-7 times a week. When I am in the field I take my shakes, water, food with me. i learned long ago that if I am off of my routine it messes every aspect of my life up.

These days I'm not too bad at eating healthy, so I'm probably an 8 or a 9. I got into a bad habit years ago of just grazing on junk food in the office and I put on a lot of weight. If you eat this and that without thinking it really adds up. Now I never eat at work except for a healthy sandwich or salad for lunch.

Whether working or not I really don't think about it. I go on walks spring to fall.

I probably put it at a 7 to 8, always consistently working on my sleep and try to get to the gym at least 3 to 4 times a week now that we’re past the part of winter in my area, working in the yard getting it ready for the summer because it’s going to be a rough one.

Depends on the day. I’ve only been getting to the gym about once a week. Sleep doesn’t exist anymore and food is enough to not starve. I try to count my protein though.

You need your sleep because it affects your overall health. Try to get that done. Best of luck.

Can always use more gym time.

In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly. I am finding that in most cases where I compare the voluntary benefits industry, I might be underpaid. What is an appropriate base salary for a position in which commission is replaced?
