On the job market, you get a notification: "We would like to keep your details/resume on our HR/recruiting system for upcoming/near future job openings." Never in my professional career have I experienced this, nor have I heard that anybody did! Companies like Palo Alto, Cisco, IBM, Oracle, etc., are posting jobs which have been around for several years, which makes you wonder if it's plain bogus. Either way, the metaphor to retain your resume is a (data) time waste.

What would be the right salary for salesforce developer with 2.6 years of experience

I work as a Business Development Manager at a sports club.. I’ve been given a couple of months “trial” in the 6 figure and above sales in which I don’t see going back to my other role on lower sales. This was a somewhat good move for me until I consider missing out on commission each month that was more than my salary. (£25k salary, over £2k per month commission)
How do I go about raising this concern? I believe I should be paid more now and at least change my job title?

Moved to industry recently. I used to feel super guilty and anxious if I stepped away from my computer even for a bit. I had a micromanager prior to my current job which I think is why I still feel guilty if I’m not always online. Even for stepping away for lunch, I make sure I’m always checking my teams app on my phone in case something pops up. But they don’t, because people value their WLB here. How do I stop feeling so anxious or guilty whenever I take some time for myself?
