How do you handle people who deny climate change and global warming? It happens way more than I'd like it to when I tell people what I do for a living. I used to ignore it, but I want to start clapping back at them.

benefits. If I do get a job offer what range
should I try for? I was really hoping to get

may try to offer lower than what was
posted. Also there was no range but the

Moved to industry recently. I used to feel super guilty and anxious if I stepped away from my computer even for a bit. I had a micromanager prior to my current job which I think is why I still feel guilty if I’m not always online. Even for stepping away for lunch, I make sure I’m always checking my teams app on my phone in case something pops up. But they don’t, because people value their WLB here. How do I stop feeling so anxious or guilty whenever I take some time for myself?

Sometimes I just want a job where I can work hard and produce good outputs but not have to manage people, politics, and all the accountability. Being in middle management makes work consume my life. But at the same time I like the money and there are times I like what I do (but the bad days seem to outnumber the good)
