One year working in Deloitte. I wanted to join Amazon as an SDE because it has always been my dream company. I have been applying for this post since one year, one time with referral but never have I recieved an invitation for the job interview. Can anyone help me atleast as to what the company aspects from SDE role or how one should prepare for it?

I got an offer from Pwc IAC, HR confirmed over mail that this is a permanent work from home position. But not mentioned in the offer letter.

I got an email confirmation from HR, which simply says "you can work anywhere from India".

I am not willing to relocate to Bangalore, can i trust HR, if anyone working in pwc is aware of such policies please share your inputs.

can someone help in sharing a piece of informtion that KPMG dont mention their percentages of bonus in their offer letters however while discussing Hr mentioned it will be in between 8-20 % of your fixed CTC.

So I had HR discussions after tech and managerial round and she said, she will have to get approval from management for salary discussions as it’s on the higher side as per my YOE.
