Hey guys. I am a lawyer and want to switch fields to a customer success management role. I am thinking the best way for me to explain why with my law background I am the best candidate for the role and why I decided to switch careers, is thought a video. I kinda want to do a mini clip instead of a cover letter because it will expose much better my personality and my reasons for applying. Is this weird ? What do you think ?

Feeling really frustrated and don’t know what to do. Interviewed early March, informed that I moved onto second rounds after ~2 weeks. Was told there would final rounds in late April but they never took place and haven’t scheduled it still.

I did not get a full time offer from my internship this past summer at a top consulting firm they told me on the second to last day. I have been trying to recruit at other consulting firms however haven’t received any offers yet. I struggle with severe depression and anxiety and often struggle with telling others when I struggle with it. I've been in marketing for 7 years and it's been primarily paid social analytics and design at a local agency. I want to expand into the world of SEO, but I know its a complex new world for those without experience. Currently working as an in-house SEO for a big ecommerce company (fortune 500). Currently earning 65K CAD. Contemplating a position for SEO manager on another company, SaaS B2B, very small office (<50people), pay around 80-100K. It's not a startup.

Has anyone had problems getting their Hubspot blog to rank? I’ve tried everything- no blatant robots.txt blockages and we’ve been consistently blogging for over a year. Seems to be the issue with only pages on Hubspot and not when we post pages to their primary domains on Wordpress!
