So I've been working at my company for going on 5 yrs. Not the same role, switched to one more suited to my abilities a year ago. This was lateral. I've absolutely excelled and its recognized by management. However they only make non committal promises to a title bump and raise. My review is coming up. I'm thinking at the end of Q1 leaving if i dont get a solid promotion and raise. Is that a fair expectation?

What are the key components of your performance review process? The data points we currently use are manager and self scoring of a scorecard for each employee (scorecard outlines mission for the position, outcomes, and competencies) as well as peer feedback based on the competencies of the position (thought being a manager only has so much insight to a person’s day to day, especially in a matrix org). What am I missing?

My husband has a good female friend who he has known since grad school (well before we met). They have been platonic for as long as they’ve known each other. I met her shortly after my husband and I started dating and she has also become a friend of mine, though closer to my husband. We hang out with her a lot, though admittedly less over past few years since we had kids (and Covid!). Currently working as an in-house SEO for a big ecommerce company (fortune 500). Currently earning 65K CAD. Contemplating a position for SEO manager on another company, SaaS B2B, very small office (<50people), pay around 80-100K. It's not a startup.

Has anyone had problems getting their Hubspot blog to rank? I’ve tried everything- no blatant robots.txt blockages and we’ve been consistently blogging for over a year. Seems to be the issue with only pages on Hubspot and not when we post pages to their primary domains on Wordpress!
