Only 1 month into 2026 and recruiter ghosting is out of control and I think of is time to resurrect the “list of shame” to hopefully remind people that professionalism and reputation is a two-way street. I went from agency to in house PR 1.5 years ago (I’m at a prof services firm in nyc). There are no boundaries for communication; everyone is expected to answer emails immediately at all hours and senior people respond in minutes between about 7am-11pm, at minimum.
