Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!

PSA: For single folks who live alone & have 4 legged children - a morbid but logical tip my vet shared was to buy a water dispenser bowl for your pet. I have attended a TCS interview and cleared the HR discussion too. I was asked to upload the required documents and verified too. It's been a month since I received an update. I have called up HR and he said the requirement is frozen. Can I still expect an offer letter or they stopped it.
Now I cannot apply any more jobs also in IBegin portal. It says you cannot apply, becasue the status in portal is showing evaluation is in progress
