I got an offer from BNY Mellon for 28 LPA for Senior Associate 1 position as a Backend Developer. Is BNY a good company considering I am already working as a Full Stack Dev in Deloitte ? Please help and also plz add some points related to benefits, work life balance, quality of work, etc.

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? I am an Senior iOS developer. YOE is 8.5. Currently getting 13 LPA. Getting promotion in a month with 25 to 30 percent hike which comes nearly 16.8 LPA. I cannot able to relocate now due to family dependency reasons. I heard iOS developer salary market is good. I am having a very good work life balance in the current company. I am in a confusion. Should I look for opportunities with PWFM or stay in current company? Am I making low pay as per market trends?

Salary cut 20% first week the virus broke out, no bonuses this year, and it’s unlikely that we will get that 20% back. Good thing this was my first year and I earned all of 3 months of my salary. 😑
