What music is getting you through the day today?
Hi Fishes, I am a Subcon working at CG and have resigned recently with NP of 30 days. Is it necessary to explain as why I have decided to leave? If yes, will it be okay if I tell them practical reason but it would be a lie ofcourse. By any means, i have no intentions of staying back/receiving conversion or even hike since I have a way better opportunity with an organisation of repute and I don't want to get into any corporate politics. Will it be a problem for me if they find out later?Capgemini

Btw...you will not get any answers in the SR because they will give you the run-around for weeks. Make sure to call the duty manager and get them to turn the escalation flag to"yes" on the SR. If you're in implementation escalate this to your ISM...and good luck with that...even the ISM is hit and miss. If all else fails, ask your client to consider Workday.
Yeah I have found that your best luck is to have the client escalate with the ISM. As SIs our voice only goes so far with Oracle. A client’s voice is going to carry more weight. Sadly, even that only goes as far as how big your client is. More than likely they won’t have enough weight to throw around for Oracle to even blink… that said, even though an SR won’t go anywhere, at least you get it on the record in case oracle or the client asks if you opened an SR.

I’ve also had same frustrations with Oracle as SI and those SR escalations help a bit but not always
