Our company just did a massive reorg, and now production reports to… marketing. No offense, but they genuinely don’t understand our workflows, timelines, or how many people it takes to pull off what we do. We’re already dealing with unrealistic deadlines and misaligned priorities, and morale is tanking fast. I feel like we’ve been turned into a content factory with no regard for quality or process. Has anyone been through a restructure like this and actually seen it get better? Or is this the beginning of the end?

Most of know basics of neither Alteryx, Power BI nor Tableau, while everyone in India is expected to know all the three. Most of the times we are expected to work till their afternoon (our Midnight)

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!
