Our management team has told me and one of my colleagues who own projects in marketing that if our colleagues are not meeting their deadlines we should “bash skulls”. This is figuratively obviously. I told this to one of my other colleagues today who wasn’t told this and is someone I need to help me with my projects. It was just in a hey can you believe this way. She got really offended at the term. Now that I’m thinking of it, if it isn’t offensive it’s pretty yucky even figuratively. Thoughts?

New to Fishbowl, currently working on a career pivot! I graduated in May with my MBA and have experience as a Director of Operations as well as recruiting and HR experience.
